Very honored that I was invited to take part at a panel discussion organized by the Helmholtz Institute, as part of the second workshop SynCom-project "Scaling up Carbon Dioxide Removal (CDR)".

Contribution to the first Stuttgart Carbon Removal Dinner

Thorsten Alxneit was able to give an insight into the exciting world of biochar at the first Carbon Removal Dinner in Stuttgart.

Thank you very much for allowing me to be there and present SCS GmbH and the topic of biochar! I thought the evening was a great success and was delighted to meet so many interesting people! And a meeting with carbonfuture is of course always a pleasure! I hope to meet again soon!

Start-up plans to produce sustainable biochar

A young company is settling on the Aurelis Real Estate site at Stuttgart-Obertürkheim station: SCS GmbH has been renting a 900 square meter open space in Augsburger Straße since 1 November 2022. The start-up plans to produce sustainable biochar there from December 2022. This is a temporary use until the construction of the quarter development begins.
